Wednesday, June 27, 2007 Hey all.. these are the details of some of the stuff discussed at today’s session.
Interact Session 27/6, Wednesday
ASC(I) Interact Installation (14/4/07, Saturday, 10am-1pm, 121 Dover Road) -Inform Taqinah if you wish to attend the installation and ask her for any questions
Citibank-YMCA Seed Funding Project -Club Activity Directors, Jaslyn and Joy will be taking charge. It will be done over one week (yet to be chosen) using both “TK TOWKAY” stalls. Interactors will be split into 10 groups, every exco and board member will be the group leader of each group. Groupings will be decided later and posted in due time. It was discussed that ice cream, cookies, bears will be sold and there will be a henna painting service.
Singapore Innovation Fund -Major Service Directors, Shaaleni and Taqinah will be taking charge. Have to brainstorm for ideas for racial harmony – a whole school event for the TKGS building fund. Level coordinators are to meet up with your respective levels to dicsuss your plan. Proposals are to be handed in to Taqinah or Shaaleni by latest next Tuesday.
Interact Leadership Training Camp -Interact Exco and Board, please hand up your camp forms to Mrs Hoy ASAP. If you can’t make it, you need a proper excuse letter.
And If I’m not wrong, there will also be BP mentoring this week.
