These are the minutes of the interact session today. They have been put up for your reference.
Interact Session Term 3, Week 8
Date: 14th August 2007 Time: 3 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. Venue: Secondary 1 classroom
Installation Invites:
- Anderson JC - Dunman Secondary - Pei Cai Secondary - Raffles Institution - NUS BP Mentoring 12th Anniversary
Names to be given to Yi Ai or Taqinah.
TCS Walkathon Cards:
To be passed up on 22nd August 2007.
Girl Gems Concert:
- 18 ushers - 5 car park attendants - 10 stall helpers - Ticket sellers ($10 per ticket, 1 hour CIP for every 10 tickets sold)
Rehearsal on Friday, 17th August 2007 for interact exco. and board members at 5 p.m. in the hall.
Singapore Innovation Fund (SIF):
TKGS Arts Fest- Held on 26th January 2008 from 6:30 p.m. to 9 p.m. (tentative) Various groups such as Dance, Drama, DEP, Band, String Ensemble, Choir and Finding Wednesday are to participate. Performances will be concurrent and each group will perform twice. Rehearsals for the event will begin in the morning. Coupons worth $10 each will be sold.
Be Yourself Day:
Guidelines for Teachers’ Day are to be shown during upper and lower secondary assemblies. Publicity will also be increased in this way. Those who did not pay before but wish to wear their own clothes on Teachers’ Day will have to pay $4.
TK Towkay: Thursday, 16th August: Chips Friday: 17th August: Brownies and ice cream Monday, 20th August (tentative): Éclairs and drinks
Joke books can be found in the Interact cupboard, located at the void deck. Each joke book is to be sold for $10.
Interact Bonding Session:
A bonding session will be held after final year examinations. Discussion and selection of committee is to be done during the next session.
